We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated HSET Work Methods & Trainer to develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs that strengthen our HPL Safety System and culture.

Adhering to regulatory and organizational requirements, the HSET Work Methods & Trainer will work closely with field crews, supervisors, and leadership by providing engaging, practical learning experiences that reduce risk and improve competency.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Red seal Powerline Technician certificate.

- Minimum of two (2) years of related Occupational Health, Safety, and Training experience.

- Completed or actively working towards a recognized safety certification or designation such as NCSO.

- A skilled approach to assess existing work methods and identify inefficiencies.

- A natural ability to coach, mentor and provide constructive feedback and support, as well as explain and deliver training concepts.

- Familiarity with Microsoft office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Pay: $85,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
