We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HSET Advisor to support our HPL Safety System and culture. The HSET Advisor will work closely with field crews, subcontractors, supervisors, and management to lead, coach, and mentor towards an incident and injury-free workplace.

Key responsibilities include conducting inspections, audits, investigating incidents, and ensuring compliance with COR standards, legislation, and the HPL safety system.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Red seal Powerline Technician certificate (required)

- Minimum of two (2) years of related Occupational Health, Safety, and Training experience. (required)

- Completed or actively working towards a recognized safety certification or designation such as NCSO.

- A skilled approach to assess existing work methods and identify inefficiencies.

- A natural ability to coach, mentor and provide constructive feedback and support.

- Familiarity with Microsoft office, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Demonstrated presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
