The HR Leader will oversee all aspects of the human resources function, including talent strategy, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. · 5–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
· Experience in oilfield services, logistics, or other labor-intensive industries strongly preferred
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree a plus
· Professional certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred
· Familiarity with Paycom or other HRIS systems, and proficiency in Microsoft 365
