Are you an experienced and strategic HR leader looking to make a real impact across diverse teams in Europe?

We are looking for an HR Manager to lead our HR function in Germany and Belgium , guiding transformation, employee engagement, and people strategy during an exciting period of growth and change.

As our HR Manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance across the full HR spectrum. From organizational design to talent development, inclusion to compliance, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our people strategy aligns with our company values and business objectives.

This is a high-impact, business-facing role—perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities of the role:

Strategic Business Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to drive people strategy and support key business goals.
Employee Engagement & Experience: Analyze engagement data, implement improvement initiatives, and ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Values & Behaviors: Champion our values and embed them across all people practices.
Workforce & Talent Planning: Lead workforce planning, succession, and high-potential talent development.
Organizational Design: Shape structures that drive performance, agility, and efficiency.
Change Management: Guide leaders and teams through organizational change and transformation.
Leadership Coaching: Support and coach senior leaders, building leadership capability and resilience.
Compliance: Ensure full compliance with labor laws and HR best practices in Germany and Belgium.
M&A Support: Provide expert HR guidance during mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on cultural integration and talent retention.


Required qualifications and experience:

5+ years in a senior HR role, with strong exposure to German labor law and ideally Belgian labor law .
Proven track record of working across multiple countries and cultures.
Expertise in organizational design , change management , and leadership development .
Strong influencing skills and ability to work closely with senior leadership.
Experience working within or alongside a Centre of Excellence (COE) HR model.
Passion for inclusion , values-driven leadership , and employee wellbeing .


Preferred qualifications and experience:

Experience in HR support during mergers and acquisitions .
Comfort working with data and analytics to support decision-making.
Exposure to global or matrix organizations.
