HR Coordinator (Manufacturing) – Temp to Hire
We’re looking for a reliable, people-focused HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources and administrative functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and wants to grow their HR career with a company that values safety, teamwork, and consistency.
- Support HR processes including onboarding, employee records, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate recruiting activities, new hire orientations, and employee engagement efforts.
- Maintain confidential employee information and ensure accuracy of records.
- Provide administrative support to HR leadership and assist other departments as needed.
- Partner with managers and employees to ensure clear communication and policy compliance.
- At least 2 years of HR or administrative experience.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- A combination of HR education and administrative experience is ideal.
- Recent grads with office or admin experience and HR coursework are encouraged to apply.
