Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment such as air compressors, centrifugal pumps, F350's, F550's, Class 8, duplex mud pumps, hydraulics - repairs may be needed at our shop or in the field

- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working order

- Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner

- Fabricate and install new equipment components as needed

- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize tasks

- Oversee and perform regular maintenance, repair, and overhaul of drilling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

- Diagnose and fix issues related to engine, transmission, and powertrain of the drilling equipment.

- Weld, fabricate, and modify drilling equipment as needed.

- Implement and uphold the highest safety standards, ensuring all maintenance tasks are performed in line with industry safety protocols.

- Liaise with equipment vendors and suppliers for necessary parts and tools.

- Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts

Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment maintenance

- Proficiency in analyzing and diagnosing equipment malfunctions

- Proficient in engine, transmission, powertrain repair, and maintenance and repair of drilling equipment.

- Experience with high voltage and low voltage systems

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Solid welding and fabrication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour
