Come work with us! Molded Dimensions Group, located in Marshfield, manufactures a wide range of specialty products in the custom polyurethane marketplace. Years of service to our customers in agriculture, manufacturing, industry, government and mining have helped mold us for success! We are currently looking for a 2nd shift Hand Caster to join our team. This 10 hour shift runs Monday - Thursday from 3pm -1am, with some OT on Fridays when available!

Primary responsibilities:

The Hand Caster will have responsibility for making, demolding and trimming parts both manually and occasionally on machines. Good time management skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential. Experience in related industry preferred, but not necessary. Our team is willing to train those with limited experience as long as you have a great attitude and dedication towards the work!

Preferred experience:

- Previous machine operation experience preferred

- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, process sheets, policies and procedures and safety rules

- Capable of lifting 50 pounds

- Working knowledge of shop mathematics and ability to accurately use measurement tools and equipment is necessary.

- Self-motivated, problem solver who will maintain a positive working relationship with team members

- Excellent attendance record
