We are seeking a highly skilled Haas CNC Mill Machinist to join our dedicated team. If you thrive in a clean, climate-controlled, and collaborative shop with state-of-the-art equipment and automation, this is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Set up and operate Haas CNC Mills (VF series, 3- and 5-axis)

- Read and interpret complex aerospace blueprints, GD&T, and customer specifications

- Perform in-process and final inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other tools

- Maintain quality and efficiency in a low-volume, high-mix environment

- Collaborate with a team of machinists, quality personnel, and programmers in a friendly, non-competitive shop environment

- Optional: Program or edit with Mastercam (a plus, but not required)

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in CNC milling (Haas machines strongly preferred)

- AS9100 or aerospace/defense manufacturing experience (preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and precision mindset

- Experience with quality control and inspection processes

- Familiarity with CMMs or HighQA, Verisurf, or Mitutoyo (a plus)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing employee training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
