CNC Machinist

Overview

We are currently looking for a (x1) CNC Operator and (x1) CNC Mill Set-up Machinist to support our operations with providing precision parts to our aerospace and medical device customers.

Duties

- Operate CNC lathes or mills (open), Horizontal and Vertical with Fanuc controls.

- For CNC Mill Set-up/Operator role: Must be experienced with 5 Axis Mills.

- Utilize GD&T principles to ensure parts meet design specifications.

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify dimensions.

- Maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues.

- Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes through lean manufacturing principles.

- Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.

Shifts available:

CNC Operator: 3:30pm - 11:30pm.

5 Axis CNC Mill set up/ operator: 6am-2:30pm.

-Monday to Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
