The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Co-op Student to join our IT Governance & Architecture Team in Toronto.

This is a 9 to 12-month fixed term position.

As a Co-op student within the IT Governance & Architecture function, you will be supporting the rollout and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and contribute to Organizational Change Management efforts for Technology projects. You’ll help drive change, build engagement, and deliver impactful content.

Additionally, in this position you will:

- Support Copilot adoption through training, presentations, newsletters, and champion network management.

- Drive user engagement and productivity by leveraging AI tools like Copilot.

- Create and manage communications (bulletins, decks) and collaborate on messaging for major IT initiatives.

- Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and self-service learning materials.

- Actively contribute to OCM team initiatives, including planning and executing change strategies.

About You

Education:

- Currently enrolled in a College or University program, preferably in business management, communication, or learning and development.

Skills:

- Comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint)Interest in data analytics and data visualization

- Familiarity with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and how to use them effectively

- Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint)

- Strong writing and visual communication skills.

- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
