General Labor – Custom Masking (No Experience Needed!)

We’re now looking for flexible, detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated General Labor Workers to join our industrial finishing team.

If you’re dependable, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a hands-on environment, we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed!

What You’ll Do

- Prepare parts with custom masking according to part specifications

- Pack and inspect finished products

- Ensure that all products are coated efficiently, and are consistent with company established goals for quality and on-time performance

- Maintain accurate counts and quality standards

- Keep your workspace clean and organized

- Take part in continuous improvement and teamwork efforts

- Perform other general labor duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

No prior experience required — we’ll train you!

Shift & Pay

Flexible hours Monday-Friday 5am-3:30pm

No weekends or holidays!

Starting at $17.00/hour (with opportunities to grow)
