Scheduler (Short Term)

NSB Omega is searching for a Short term Scheduler (3-4 months) for our Client in Houston, TX.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Level 3–5 CPM schedules in Primavera P6 for electrical and mechanical scopes across four data center buildings

- Apply and manage schedule logic, constraints, and critical path analysis

- Perform resource loading (manhour-based) at detailed WBS levels

- Incorporate subcontractor schedules and ensure proper integration into the master schedule

- Conduct weekly schedule updates with cross-functional input

- Generate:

- Progress curves and manpower histograms

- Schedule dashboards and reporting outputs

- Variance analysis and critical path tracking

- Perform schedule risk analysis and support mitigation planning

- Produce weekly and monthly reports with clear, data-driven insights

Inputs & Interfaces

- WBS structures, coding standards, and calendar rules

- Subcontractor schedules and resource data

- Procurement and construction plans

- Project milestones and governance requirements

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Scheduler on large-scale construction or data center projects

- Advanced expertise in Primavera P6

- Strong knowledge of:

- CPM scheduling

- Resource loading and forecasting

- Schedule performance tracking and reporting

- Experience integrating multi-discipline schedules

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to communicate schedule insights to stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with hyperscale data center projects

- Familiarity with schedule risk analysis tools

- Experience in EPC or complex infrastructure environments
