Full Stack Developer (Python AI/ML or .NET) – Remote

About Us:

We are a small but growing development team working with international clients. We are focused on building long-term projects and expanding our team with skilled developers.

Role:

We are looking for 2 experienced full stack developers (Python AI/ML or .NET) who can also join client calls and support technical interviews.

Responsibilities:

- Join client calls and technical discussions

- Support interviews with strong technical answers

- Work on real development projects after onboarding

- Collaborate with a small remote team

Requirements:

- Strong experience in either Python (AI/ML) or .NET

- Good communication skills (important)

- Able to join calls and explain technical concepts clearly

- Previous freelance or remote experience is a plus

Salary:

- Around $2,000/month (based on experience)

- Performance-based bonus if we secure projects

Duration:

- Initial 2–3 months contract (can extend long-term)
