Metal Roof Manufacturer looking for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to join a great and growing team. Work environment is high-performing, but relaxed, respectful, and rewarding. - Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to maintain pleasant demeanor under stress
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required (English/Spanish)
- No college degree required
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to be organized and thorough in responsibilities
- Teachable and adaptable
- Prior industry experience not required
Primary duties include, but are not limited to:
- Customer service
- Monitor company emails and voicemails
- Printing out daily truck delivery paperwork
- Updating company calendars
- Processing job-production paperwork
- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Some basic accounting-assistant duties
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies
- Collect, sort, and distribute mail
- Process customer payments
