Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable:

Prepare and send invoices

Monitor and collect outstanding accounts

Process deposits and maintain accurate records

Job Costing:

Track and maintain job expense spreadsheets

Assist with cost analysis and reporting

Answer and route incoming calls professionally

Greet visitors and provide general assistance

•

Administrative Tasks:

Perform filing, document management, and clerical duties

Support other departments with data entry and recordkeeping
