Job Title: Concierge
Reports To: Property Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Concierge to provide exceptional service to residents. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
•Greet guests/residents warmly and assist with requests.
•Provide accurate information about the property
•Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and promptly.
•Assist with deliveries and other resident needs.
•Respond to and resolve resident complaints or issues efficiently and courteously.
•Maintain security awareness and monitor access to the building.
•Keep the lobby and front desk area tidy and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
•Proven experience in a customer service role; prior concierge or front desk experience preferred.
•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations.
•Proficient in using booking and scheduling software, MS Office, or property management systems.
•Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
•Multilingual abilities are an asset.
•Strong knowledge of the local area.
•Impeccable personal presentation and a warm, approachable demeanor.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
