Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or direct calls to appropriate departments
- Handle guest requests and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with reservations and bookings as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfactio
- Sale merchandise, packages, and memberships (10% commission on all sales)
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as we cater to a diverse clientele
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Experience in sales, particularly in services and membership sales
- Ability to sell products or services to guests
