Position: Front Desk Agent
Location: Charleston, South Carolina
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Evening Shift)
Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Role Overview:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying our values of hospitality and professionalism. Your role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless and memorable stay for our.
Key Responsibilities:
•Warmly welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience.
•Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
•Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
•Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
•Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill guest requests promptly.
•Address and resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
•Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficient in using hotel management software and standard office applications.
•Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
•Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
