Skoda Contracting is a Natural Gas Utility contractor company hiring a Fleet Management and Purchasing Specialist. This position will be based in Flanders, NJ.
Summary: Responsible for administrative duties on behalf of Fleet Management Division.
Hours: This is a full time position, 7AM to 3PM.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Utilize and oversee all data entry and reporting using fleet software programs including but not limited to Fleetio and Samsara.
- Oversee and manage all filings with regulatory bodies including IFTA, DMV (multiple states,) etc.
- Manage and keep all vehicle registrations current.
- Purchasing of equipment and PPE as needed.
- Oversee Accounts Payable needs for Fleet related needs.
- Provide reports as needed for management.
