Now Hiring: Purchasing Fleet Specialist II Location: KAMO Power Headquarters – Vinita, Oklahoma

KAMO Power is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing / Fleet Specialist II to join our team in Vinita, Oklahoma. This position supports fulfilling all duties related to procuring material, supplies, equipment and services for construction, maintenance, and operation of KAMO facilities and KAMO fleet. Assist in maintaining KAMO fleet in accordance with KAMO and DOT mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in vendor negotiations and maintain accurate contracts and procurement records

- Request quotations and partner with suppliers and internal teams for material and service purchases.

- Review requisitions and specifications to prepare purchase documents

- Support shipping, receiving, stocking and inspection of materials and supplies

- Review invoices and warranty eligibility

Qualifications:

- Associate’s degree or two-year technical degree in related field preferred

- 2 to 4 years of experience in purchasing, material handling, or fleet administration. Equivalent industry experience may potentially be considered toward substitution of degree requirements.

- Intermediate knowledge of procurement processes, fleet maintenance, and accounting procedures.
