SCOPE:
As a
Fleet Card Operations Coordinator
, you are a crucial member of Christensen’s Fleet Card Operations team, supporting seamless card production, efficient customer onboarding, and accurate issue resolution. Your role ensures organized and efficient customer-facing and back-office operations while actively participating in annual and quarterly projects, such as governmental compliance, system efficiency enhancements, and data analysis tasks.
Your time will be spent in-office managing customer onboarding, assisting in production efforts, and performing essential morning systems processes to support operational excellence. By aligning your work with Christensen’s annual goals of
EBITA, Volume Growth, eNPS, cNPS, Projects and Common Systems, and TAPS
, you contribute directly to the organization’s success while driving personal and professional growth.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES & DELIVERABLES
Customer Onboarding:•Manage the customer onboarding process by maintaining ongoing communication, tools, resources and processes in place.
•Work with the Sales team for accuracy and timeliness for all onboardings.
•Maintain and update production-centered training documentation, including Job Aids, Training Schedules.
Weekley Responsibilities
•Process invoices for the FleetCard and Cardlock teams with precision to support financial goals.
•Work with Christensen's Cardlock team to address technical challenges, audit financials, and assist with projects.
Project Involvement
•Participate in annual and quarterly projects, with a focus on:
•Ensuring compliance with governmental regulations.
•Enhancing system efficiencies for FleetCard and Cardlock platforms.
•Supporting Cardlock-related tasks and special projects as required.
•Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement innovative process improvement
Team Collaboration
•Serve as a backup for processing card network errors and assisting with customer onboarding.
•Attend key meetings with FleetCard Operations, Sales, Customer Care, and customers to share updates and insights.
•Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Job Aids to reflect the latest processes and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills:
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel.
•Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred
•Experience with Project Management platforms or systems (Trello, Orchestra, Monday)
•Accounting and reporting systems experience preferred (Trinium, DM2, other)
•CFN / Pac Pride / Voyager or other network experience preferred
Experience and Abilities:
•Associate's Degree or equivalent experiences
•Experience leading teams
•Ability to multi-task and trouble-shoot in face-paced environments
•Experience writing SOPs and Job Aids
•Previous telephone sales and/or Customer Service training
•Proven ability to deliver client-focused solutions that address customer needs.
•Strong organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
•Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
PHYSICAL & MENTAL DEMANDS

•Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers, with the ability to reach with hands and arms.
