Job Brief

Review and process standard invoices for payment to outside suppliers, create employee expense reports and manual check requests. You will Input, record, receive, prepare, and/or verify invoices of moderate complexity to support supervisor.

What You’ll Do

As a Finance Intern, you will review and process standard invoices for payment to outside suppliers, create employee expense reports and manual check requests. You will input, record, receive, prepare, and/or verify invoices of moderate complexity to support supervisor and business operations in order to meet business, accounting, and customer service objectives. Other duties will include:

- Support annual budget process from revenue, cash fix cost to commercial EBIT.

- Provide ad-hoc deep dives as requested by commercial group.

- Assist finance director with business case modelling.

- Consistently seek out and implement process improvements, especially with reporting

- Assist with budget planning for a large TNT Project
