Accounting Intern - Summer 2026

Location: Industry, CA (Corporate Office) Duration: 10-12 weeks (Summer 2026) Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week Eligibility: Currently enrolled in a four-year university or community college with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

- Gain a foundational understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) accounting.

- Assist in preparing journal entries (JE) and reconciling accounts as assigned.

- Ensure all vendor names are updated and accurately maintained in Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

- Participate in special projects as assigned by the Accounting team.

- Prepare weekly progress updates, culminating in a final presentation.

What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software preferred.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

Recruitment Timeline

Recruitment for the 2026 Summer Internship Program will begin in late April. Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.
