We are hiring experienced door-to-door sales closers for a fiber internet sales blitz in Virginia.

This is a high-intensity, high-reward opportunity designed for proven sales professionals who know how to close when leads are provided.

Role Expectations

This is not an entry-level role.

You must:

- Close a minimum of 5 sales per day using provided leads

- Work leads every day during the blitz

- Attend mandatory virtual morning meetings before heading into the field

- Maximize every assigned lead — no cherry-picking

- Represent the brand professionally and ethically

- Strong closers with a proven sales track record

- Comfortable working long days and high volume

- Reliable, disciplined, and results-driven

- Able to pass a criminal background check

Pay Transparency

This is a commission-based position. Earnings are performance-based and depend on individual sales volume, consistency, and effort. While top reps have earned $5,000–$20,000+ during similar blitzes, results are not guaranteed.
