We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Dispatcher to coordinate repair and maintenance work orders, support our field technicians, and keep our facilities running smoothly. You’ll schedule work, monitor remote equipment systems, track assets, and deliver parts as needed.
This is a hands-on, problem-solving role where every day is different — you’ll balance dispatching, technology, and communication to keep our operations on schedule.
- Receive, prioritize, and assign work orders through our work or management system.
- Monitor alerts from remote monitoring systems and create proactive service requests.
- Track equipment using asset management tools to plan maintenance and prevent breakdowns.
- Coordinate and occasionally deliver parts and materials to technicians.
- Communicate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Review invoices for accuracy and support data reporting on performance metrics.
- Assist in continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, customer service, or facility coordination.
- Comfort using and maintaining technology — CMMS (ServiceChannel), remote management systems, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of maintenance, construction, or mechanical systems a plus.
