Are you experienced in facility maintenance, construction trades, or operations coordination? Join UmbrellaOne, a national maintenance company helping some of the biggest names in retail and restaurants keep their locations running smoothly.

We’re looking for a detail-driven, fast-moving Facilities Service Coordinator to be the bridge between our clients (like major retailers and restaurants) and the plumbers, electricians, and handymen we dispatch daily across the country.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work closely with facility managers and our vendor network to ensure maintenance issues are handled quickly, professionally, and cost-effectively. You’ll be the point of contact for clients and manage work orders from start to finish.
