Job Location: Bentonville, AR – ability to travel to facilities monthly as needed to perform maintenance. Job Type: Full-time, flex schedule. Reports To: Executive Management
The Facilities Maintenance Manager is responsible for the upkeep of company owned and leased properties. This includes managing maintenance operations, and personally performing outdoor maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and seasonal landscaping.
Key Responsibilities
•Oversee facility operations, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules for building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
•Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, weed control, and debris removal at various company properties across multiple states.
•Operate and maintain outdoor equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
•Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and supplies.
•Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes when performing duties.
•Schedule and oversee external contractors for specialized repairs or services.
•Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications
•2-4 years of facilities maintenance experience, including groundskeeping or landscaping duties.
•Familiarity with building systems and grounds maintenance tools and equipment.
•Ability to operate machinery such as riding mowers, string trimmers, and snow removal equipment.
•Strong organizational, time management, leadership, and communication skills.
•Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
•Valid driver’s license required; CDL a plus.
•Ability to be insured by the company to drive on behalf of the company.
Compensation And Benefits
•Annual Salary: starting at $60,000.00 per year, based on experience.
