We’re seeking an Executive Assistant who demonstrates a high level of discretion, is proactive, and detail oriented. The ideal candidate must also possess the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and Executive Team. This role is vital to ensure effective coordination, communication, and execution of initiatives across the organization.
JOB BRIEF
Curecrete Distribution, Inc. is seeking a resourceful, emotionally intelligent, and professional Executive Assistant to support our CEO and Executive Team in providing support, insight, and coordination across the executive function.
You will play a key role in managing priorities, driving clarity in executive communication, and serving as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is collaborative, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of anticipating needs and solving problems with discretion and sound judgment.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
•Serve as a partner to the CEO and Executive Team by streamlining executive operations and ensuring effective communication and follow-through.
•Uphold a high level of professionalism and discretion while managing sensitive information and supporting leadership decision-making.
•Act as a liaison between executive leadership, internal departments, and external stakeholders.
•Manage complex scheduling, prioritize meeting requests, and ensure executives are prepared for all engagements.
•Provide clarity and continuity through agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups that reflect a strong understanding of organizational priorities.
•Support interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment and engagement across teams.
•Assist with special projects and initiatives, including project tracking, progress updates, and deadline management.
•Coordinate executive travel and logistics, ensuring cost-effectiveness and preference alignment.
•Maintain confidential documents, including employee records, evaluations, hiring materials, and internal policy documents.
•Help plan and coordinate executive and company events, retreats, and onboarding sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
•4-year degree preferred and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
•Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, NetSuite)
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
•Strong time management and multitasking skills
•A professional, self-motivated team player with strong business acumen
