About the Role:
Leonard S. Fiore, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive & Personal Assistant to support both our executive leadership team and the Fiore family. This unique role blends high-level administrative responsibilities with personal assistant duties, requiring exceptional multitasking, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage calendars, appointments, and travel for executives and family members
•Coordinate business and personal events, meetings, and communications
•Support financial tasks such as invoice review, check preparation, and banking
•Organize and maintain property schedules and logistics
•Handle fundraising outreach and follow-ups
•Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents
What We’re Looking For:
•Proven experience supporting executives or high-level individuals/families
•Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus
•High level of discretion and professionalism
•Notary certification (or willingness to obtain)
