Ark Heat is revolutionizing electrified heating systems, providing future-proof, modular heating and cooling systems for commercial and industrial buildings, data centers, decarbonization applications, and more. We are currently looking for an individual to assist our executives with tasks relating to office management and administration as they oversee our talented team of nearly 100 employees across multiple locations working to implement award-winning energy savings projects for our valued clients.
Report directly to multiple executives for assistance with tasks such as, but not limited to:
· Scheduling and coordination of meetings and events.
· Onboarding and administration for both permanent and contract team members.
· Support internal company culture and team building.
· Coordinating food or reservations for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for company events.
· Organizing of training for company team members.
· Collection and delivery of mail and packages.
· Order, pickup, and delivery of parts, packages, and materials to/from locations within the GTA.
· Daily office work required from Monday through Friday, with occasional travel to project sites within GTA.
· An attention to fine detail with strong organizational skills.
· Capable of handling multiple ongoing tasks across multiple office locations.
· Ability take direction from multiple executives in a fast-paced team and collaborative environment.
· Very comfortable with Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Outlook.
· Lifting, sorting, storage, and transport of packages and supplies.
· Experience with industry accounting and procurement software systems.
· Knowledge of mechanical Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems.
· Industry experience with Building Automation and Direct Digital Controls (DDC).
· Diploma, degree, certification and/or equivalent relevant experience in related field.
· Salary range $65,000 to $80,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications.
· Ten (10) paid days off (sick days).

· Typical work week is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
