We are looking for an Event & Marketing Specialist – Orem, Utah

Our company in Orem, Utah, is seeking a skilled Event & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of SFC Energy’s EFOY brand in the U.S. market. This role combines expertise in event management, social media, and supporting the Business Development (BD) team to achieve growth targets. The Event & Marketing Specialist will be a key member of the North American Marketing Team, reporting functionally to the Head of Marketing in Calgary, Canada, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across regions. Your part in our Team

· Event Management:

o Identify, plan, organize, and execute trade shows, events, conferences and webinars.

o Coordinate logistics and on-site activities for seamless execution.

o Collaborate with BD teams to align event objectives with business priorities.

o Oversee event budget, deadlines, marketing material, memberships, etc.

· Social Media & Campaign Management:

o Provide input on U.S.-specific topics and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, in close coordination with the social media & campaign management team responsible for the overarching strategy and publishing schedule.

· Business Development Support:

o Provide marketing materials, sales tools, and promotional assets to support BD activities.

o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform BD strategies.

o Collaborate with BD teams on lead generation and customer engagement initiatives.

· Collaboration and Reporting:

o Serve as the marketing point of contact in Orem, fostering close collaboration with regional teams.

o Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Marketing.

What you should bring along:

· Proven expertise in event management and executing events and trade shows.

· Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferable within the clean energy industry.

· Proficiency in social media and campaign management

· Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

· Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

· Creative and innovative thinker with results-driven mindset.

· Preferably knowledgeable in Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and InDesign), content management tools like WordPress.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

· Familiarity with energy or related industries a plus.
