Marketing Manager

Objectives of this Role
•Deliver programs that achieve company and client objectives while embodying our Core Values.
•Assist with initiatives that enhance brand visibility, customer loyalty, and lead generation, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
•Collaborate across departments with a spirit of teamwork and respect to support sales, service, and community outreach efforts.
•Continuously build skill sets and engage in professional development to keep Sinclaire Home Services on the leading edge of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions to develop fresh ideas for internal and external campaigns.
•Partner with vendors and internal teams to design and implement marketing strategies that align with brand identity and customer-first principles.
•Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry data to inform strategies and maintain our competitive edge.
•Assist with the development of sales enablement tools, marketing collateral, and event coordination.
•Organize and execute public relations efforts, including media releases, award submissions, company announcements, and networking opportunities.
•Contribute to lead generation and customer acquisition through networking events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
•Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continual improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
•2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or sales.
•Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude.
•Hands-on experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions.
•Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
•Experience in content development, digital marketing, and/or website management.
Additional Skills and Qualifications (Preferred but not required)
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
•Familiarity with home services industry trends and relevant markets.
•Established media or community contacts are a plus.
