Summary

We are seeking a Content Marketing Coordinator who is equal parts creative, organized, and outgoing. This role is highly focused on content creation—capturing, editing, and distributing high-quality photos and videos that tell the story of our companies, customers, design spaces, and events. You will also play a key role in franchise marketing, including staffing our trade show booths, producing promotional materials, and connecting with potential franchisees

The ideal candidate is comfortable behind a camera and in front of a crowd, with strong technical skills in design and video editing, and the charisma to draw people into a conversation. This is a unique opportunity to work across a family of companies—including a new franchise brand—and gain invaluable experience in a growing national business.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Media Management

Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos across all aspects of the business, including our finished work, design center activity, members, customers, events, and off-site promotions.
Produce content for social media (especially Instagram Reels), PPC ads, print campaigns, and other digital/print marketing platforms.
Organize all photo and video assets on a shared drive with proper labeling and version control.

Graphic Design & Web Updates

Design polished marketing assets using Canva, Photoshop, and other design tools.
Design and update landing pages using Figma (or a similar platform).
Must be able to manage website content and updates in WordPress.

Trade Show & Franchise Marketing

Develop promotional materials and booth displays for franchise trade shows and events.
Assist in producing video content to be displayed at booths.
Design large-format graphics including banners, signage, and vehicle wraps using vector-based tools like Adobe Illustrator.
Attend trade shows representing the franchise brand, engage visitors, and identify serious prospects.
Keep detailed records of booth conversations and follow up with leads.
Coordinate travel and accommodations for yourself and others when attending events.

On-Site & External Event Coverage

Attend showroom-hosted events (sometimes after-hours or weekends) to capture content and assist with promotion.
Represent the company at member, vendor, and association-hosted events—many of which are upscale and catered.
Dress appropriately and professionally for each event, reflecting the elevated standard of our brand.

CRM & Lead Management

Enter, track, and manage leads using NetSuite (experience preferred).
Organize and follow up with leads collected at events, maintaining clean records and tracking engagement.
Experience with other CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is also a plus.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong photography and videography skills—must be able to shoot and edit independently.
Proficiency in tools like:
Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects
Canva Pro, CapCut, Figma
AI-powered tools such as Runway ML, Descript, Pictory, or Opus Clip
Proficiency with vector design tools, particularly Adobe Illustrator, for creating scalable assets like trade show displays, branded collateral, and vehicle wraps.
Graphic design and animation experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is required; advanced knowledge is a plus.
Familiarity with WordPress content updates.
Experience designing marketing assets for trade shows and large format use (banners, vehicle wraps, etc.).
Charismatic, outgoing personality—comfortable engaging with strangers and representing the company.
Highly organized with excellent note-taking and follow-up skills.

Franchise Experience (Strongly Preferred)

Understanding of FDD regulations, what can and cannot be discussed at franchise events, and how to properly log communications with prospects.
Awareness of state-specific franchise registration laws—including the importance of not promoting or selling in states where the franchise is not yet registered.
Prior experience supporting franchise growth, selling franchises, or staffing franchise events is a major plus.

Schedule & Travel

Franchise Trade Shows: Travel required for weekend events (Friday–Sunday); accommodations and travel costs covered.
Showroom Events: Attendance required for in-house events, often held after hours or on weekends.
External Events: Frequent invitations from vendors, associations, and members. These are often upscale, catered events and require a polished appearance.
You may be responsible for coordinating travel logistics for yourself and teammates, pending approval.

Compensation

Hourly Pay: $20–$25/hour depending on experience.
Event Travel: All approved travel time and weekend work hours are paid.
Bonus potential based on lead conversion and campaign success may be discussed for high performers.

Benefits

Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision)
Company-Paid Life Insurance
Paid Time Off & Sick Leave
Employee Discounts

Professional Development

Attend regular Product Knowledge (PK) training events hosted by top vendors—most of which are catered and member events which feature live chef demonstrations across our fully operational design center kitchens.
Gain firsthand experience in franchise marketing and national brand building.

Creative Environment

Work in a supportive, visually inspiring atmosphere where creativity and storytelling are at the heart of everything we do. Your voice and ideas will be valued, and you'll collaborate with passionate professionals who love what they do.

Growth Potential

We are an established family of companies with a proven track record and a powerful growth trajectory. The company now being franchised was so successful that it enabled the owners to build a high-end design center and launch a premium brand. Now, they are taking that proven formula for success and making it available to others through franchising.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of that journey from the ground up. For the right person, it can lead to a critical position within the national expansion of the brand, with direct involvement in shaping how the story is told and how the franchise grows.
