· Supports the work of ownership on projects aimed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns
· Gather and present information on advertising proposals
· Create, proofread, revise and submit ads, PR articles, company profiles and product descriptions before due date
· Submit Show Guide (Catalog, Directory) listing and Program Ad (if applicable) for expos
· Proofread and revise company literature, forms, manuals, posters, etc. when needed
· Proofread and submit edits for distributor catalog entries when requested and approved
· Create and submit graphics for expos when needed
· Monitor company website for needed updates and then make the approved edits
· Create submissions for and monitor social media accounts
· Distribute RSM leads from organizations, publications, GCT web inquiries and expos
· Coordinate all internal and external marketing and promotional efforts including merchandising, community relations, public relations, information and events
· All tradeshow duties include choosing booth space with input from ownership, all travel arrangements for attendees, booth set up and tear down, furnishings, electrical and packing/shipping of booth and items to and from show site
· Analyze, approve and fill RSM and Authorized Distributor/End User marketing material requests
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field is preferred
· 2+ years’ experience working in marketing required
· Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Well versed in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro
· High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is required
· Experience with Fiery, Canva, Asana, Vimeo is a plus
· Strong attention to detail, good listening skills, the ability and desire to follow directions carefully, excellent communication and organizational skills
