Wescom Inc, a 100% employee-owned company located in Duluth, has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and energetic Marketing Specialist. This specialist is responsible for all primary marketing efforts related to Wescom’s (4) division locations and field services offered to clients across America. This individual will ensure marketing efforts are following Wescom’s established Marketing Plan and continue to develop and adapt this plan to follow industry trends and opportunities.

Salary: $25/HR+ (Based on knowledge/experience)

Hours

M-F, 8:00AM to 4:30PM, with occasional overtime as needed

Career Path

This position will report to the Director of Sales & Marketing and will partner closely with operational managers and field staff. There are several career paths available to the right individual including other leadership positions as they become available. Wescom believes in people and creating opportunities for the right person.
