The Product & Marketing Enablement Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to support the successful launch and promotion of our products. Areas of specialty include leveraging technology to map, analyze and improve the customer experience, ensuring that it aligns seamlessly with our product and marketing strategies.

Major Responsibilities:* Assess the technology and system needs of the Product and Marketing teams while identifying opportunities to enhance customer interactions.

Education Required:* Undergraduate degree preferably in the fields of Marketing, Information Technology, or Management Operations. Candidates with significant experience may also be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:* 7+ years’ experience including operations, applications support, project management or analytics.

Competencies:* Well versed written and verbal communication skills

Location: This role will be part of our hybrid (home and office) work force with office workspace located at ENMAX Place (141 - 50th Avenue SE, Calgary, AB). You will work from home on Mondays and Fridays and in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
