Position: Marketing Manager

About the Role:
RICH SOLAR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive our brand growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels. You will be responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals, overseeing all marketing activities, and ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
•Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals and enhance brand awareness.
•Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
•Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and other relevant channels.
•Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
•Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
•Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
•Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
•Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies.
•Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
•Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing performance and campaign results to senior management.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in the solar energy or related industry.
•Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
•Strong leadership and team management skills.
•Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
•Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting.
•Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
•Familiarity with the RV, agriculture, off-grid housing, marine, light industrial and heavy equipment markets is a plus.
•Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
