ESdat is a comprehensive environmental data management software used by consulting, mining, government, industrial, energy and other firms globally. It’s differentiated from existing legacy options by its user friendliness, turnkey setup, and commitment to modern SaaS principals.
- Manage new clients through to successful operational and ongoing use of ESdat
- Provide implementation services which include understanding client datasets and requirements, historical uploads, account configuration, training, workflow optimization, documentation and Project Management.
- Follow up ESdat trials and new clients to ensure ongoing success.
- Provide online or onsite training to new and existing ESdat users.
- Support clients needing assistance.
- Production of training, support and onboarding resources for clients.
- Develop pro-forma implementation resources for common scenarios.
- Individual and client wide group communications.
- Compile and create content or case studies related to best practice implementations of the ESdat software.
- Provide technical demos of the ESdat software or extensions to existing clients, prospects or industry.
- Communications via articles or social media.
- Attendance at industry events (including conferences) to promote our software and expertise.
- Daily collaboration will be held with individual team members.
- Regular team meetings are held online on a weekly schedule.
- Regular team in-person meetings are held 2-3 times a year in Vancouver or an alternative location.
- Experience in environmental monitoring and in using ESdat for environmental data management.
- Experience in managing projects.
- An interest in working with data and sharing knowledge with others.
- Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Hydrogeology, Geology, Geospatial or related field.
- Good communication skills and excellent written English.
