Baseline Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent GED
•Minimum 2 years related experience
•Familiarity with construction industry jargon preferred
•Bilingual skills preferred
•Proficient with Microsoft Office software programs
•Strong customer service skills
•Ability to work in a team environment
•Ability to lift & move up to 50 pounds
Duties & Responsibilities:
Processes material & equipment needs for customers, including:
•Contacting vendors for availability and pricing
•Arranging for delivery of equipment/materials
•Assisting with return of equipment at end of rental period
•Identifying damaged equipment & quantifying shortages during return process
•Provides administrative support for equipment and materials by:
•Processing invoices & payments
•Calculating, quantifying, & billing customers for expenses related to the shop/yard
•Preparing equipment rental reports for jobsites
•Assisting in resolution of issues and disputes with vendors
•Delivers industry-leading customer service
