Environmental Health and Safety Manager

Master Drilling USA is a global leader in specialized drilling services, delivering innovative solutions in mining and infrastructure. Our Raise Bore Division is expanding, and we are building a pipeline of experienced professionals for upcoming projects across the United States.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and implement safety programs across our raise bore drilling operations. This role will ensure compliance with MSHA regulations and company standards while promoting a strong safety culture on all job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain health & safety programs

- Ensure compliance with MSHA, OSHA, and company policies

- Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments

- Lead incident investigations and corrective action plans

- Provide safety training and mentorship to field teams

- Collaborate with project and operations management

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (preferred)

- Minimum 5+ years of mining safety experience

- Strong knowledge of MSHA regulations

- Experience in underground or raise bore operations preferred

- OSHA/MSHA certifications required

- Willingness to travel to project sites

Pay: $75,594.17 - $91,038.14 per year
