The Entry Level Customer Service Representative-Order Processor will be responsible for delivering accurate product information to both customers and sales representatives. Additionally, they will handle the receipt, assessment, and fulfillment of quotes and orders.
- Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries.
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs.
- Discuss products offered and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work directly with sales reps and customers processing orders.
- Provide continuous customer support through the order process.
- Building relationships and trust with customer accounts through open communication and problem solving.
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Troubleshooting customer issues over the phone.
- Follow procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Detail oriented and driven.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt and respond to different types of characters.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields
- Experience with HubSpot a plus
