The M&D Analyst is mainly responsible for daily monitoring of power plant equipment across all of Regulated Renewable Energy (RRE) generating sites using advanced pattern recognition (APR) software, building, and maintaining APR models (currently >12,500 models), performing analysis of equipment issues using diagnostic tools, and working with stations and subject matter experts to develop actionable recommendations. The ultimate goal is to find and correct issues before they become failures.
