The essential job responsibilities of the Engineer 3 position are to apply engineering principles to the development/revision of a Comprehensive Master Plan; plan, forecast and prepare capital expenditure budgets; design improvements, additions and relocation for existing utility systems; and provide support/technical assistance as required depending on area of work concentration.

Qualifications

Qualification Requirements:

To perform the Engineer 3 role, you must:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering depending on expertise required

- Experience requirements will vary according to departmental needs

- Have a valid driver's license from state of residence

Physical Working Conditions:

Works in office majority of time. Subject to construction hazards while making field inspections.
