About the Role

ActivPower is hiring seasoned in-home HVAC sales representative with a strong track record in residential HVAC sales. This role is designed for an experienced professional who can confidently assess homeowner needs, size and recommend the right system, speak knowledgeably about leading HVAC brands and equipment options, and guide customers through pricing, financing, and available local incentives.

What You'll Do

- Run pre-set, qualified in-home HVAC appointments with homeowners ready to buy

- Diagnose homeowner needs, design the right system, present pricing, and close

- Cross-sell other home improvement products when possible (we'll train you, commissions stack)

- Work directly with senior leadership

Requirements

- 5+ years in-home residential HVAC sales experience

- Proven track record with verifiable references

- Must posses an intricate knowledge of systems, equipment and local incentives

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for travel to in-home appointments

- Flexible schedule, including evenings and some weekends

- Must be able to reliably commute to Westchester County, NY each workday

Compensation

$120,000 – $250,000 annually
