- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5-10 door-to-door sales representatives.
- Recruitment and Training: Assist in the recruitment of new sales talent and deliver effective initial and ongoing training to ensure the team is equipped with product knowledge, sales skills, and objection handling techniques.
- Field Management: Accompany sales reps in the field, provide real-time coaching, and ensure compliance with sales processes and local regulations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor team performance metrics, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve close rates and overall team success.
- Strategy Development: Develop and refine door-to-door sales strategies, including territory mapping and target identification.
- Weekly pay including base pay, uncapped commissions, and bonuses
- Annual earning potential: $55,000K –$125,000K Plus
(Weekly base pay with uncapped commissions and bonuses)

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong verbal communication skills
