Embroidery Machine Operator

We’re looking for a skilled embroidery technician to help us set up our new Yunfu QM-1202, 2-head embroidery machine and train our team for in-house embroidery. The machine has arrived, the garments are in, and we're ready to get production moving.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and calibrate the Yunfu QM-1202, 2-head embroidery machine

- Train team members on safe and efficient machine operation

- Guide first production runs using custom uniforms and gear

- Share best practices on hooping, stabilizers, thread setup, tension, and maintenance

- Help develop simple SOPs or quick-reference guides for future use

- Troubleshoot early-stage issues and optimize for workflow

Requirements:

- Proven experience with commercial, multi-head embroidery machines

- Familiarity with DST file prep and loading via USB or control panel

- Clear and confident communication style for training new operators

- Knowledge of embroidery software is an asset

- Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
