Schedule:

12-hour rotating schedule

Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Night shift receives a 10% shift differential

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours)

Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)

✔ Only 7 working days in a 14-day pay period

This schedule allows for extended time off between shifts, helping support a healthy work-life balance.

What You'll Do

Machine Operators work in one of several departments producing copper products used around the world.

Depending on the department, you may:

- Operate and monitor production equipment

- Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers

- Handle copper materials and load machines

- Inspect products for quality standards

- Assist with machine setup and adjustments

- Work alongside experienced trainers to learn specialized equipment

What We're Looking For

We are seeking motivated individuals who want to build a career in manufacturing.

Helpful experience includes:

- Manufacturing or warehouse experience

- Experience using gauging equipment (micrometers, calipers)

- Overhead crane or forklift operation

- Basic computer skills

- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Physical Requirements

This position requires physical activity including:

- Lifting up to 60 lbs

- Pushing or pulling up to 150 lbs

- Standing, bending, walking, and climbing during shifts

- Operating heavy handheld tools used to straighten copper

Additional Information

- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and physical

- Must be able to work 8–12 hour shifts and rotating schedules
