POSITION:

We are currently seeking a full-time Electrical Drafter

Job Summary:

Provide drafting services including but not limited to; reviewing design, standards, and drafting to ensure compliance with engineering and client standards, with assistance from qualified staff at Candor.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Drafting designs

- Reporting to project managers on specific projects

- Developing electrical/instrumentation drawings

Skills and Attributes:

- Detail orientated

- Team player

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deliverables and deadlines

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Organized; able to prioritize various tasks and have a flexible approach to projects and assignments

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Professional Certificate from a recognized College or Technical Institute

- Experience considered an asset

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required

- Must be willing to learn and take on new roles and challenges as required

- A strong a focus for attention to detail is imperative for this position

- Applicants must be hard-working, have strong communication skills, and be willing to learn
