How You’ll Make An Impact

- Support development and production by building and refining transformer tank components.

- Create and update detailed drawings using drafting and GD&T principles.

- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams on insulation and external designs.

- Run transformer tank design programs and ensure accurate execution.

- Coordinate with suppliers and monitor procurement of long-lead materials.

- Participate in daily Gemba meetings to drive continuous improvement.

- Compile and analyze technical data to support production decisions.

- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.

Your Background

- High school diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience, or - Associate degree in engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.

- Strong understanding of mechanical design and drafting principles.

- Experience with transformer tank design is a plus.

- Ability to adapt to moderately complex technical challenges.

- Comfortable working in varied environments and schedules.

- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
