Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a dependable Dry Ice Plant Operator to join our team at our production facility. As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, shipping and receiving, and maintaining plant equipment.

Additional compensation may vary depending on the position and organizational level

Pay range: $19.45 - $28.52 hourly (depending on experience)

What you will be doing (2nd shift):

Safely operates forklift or other machinery to load, unload, sort, stage, and transport product

Ability to problem solve and resolve issues promptly with a mechanical aptitude

Able to lift, rotate, and lower 60 lbs. consistently throughout the workday

Interact professionally with shipping companies, customers, safety, customer service, and branch management

Communicate effectively and ability to act with a sense of urgency when necessary

Follows Linde safety procedures and encourages others to do the same

Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision

You will maintain a clean work environment by keeping the area organized

Other duties as assigned

What makes you great:

High school diploma or G.E.D required

3+ years of general manufacturing or warehousing experience

Ability to operate a forklift

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to work a flexible work schedule to meet business demands
